Clerical Assistant is responsible for assisting with corporate operations. This person monitors email account, generates flyers, resource materials, handouts etc. CA answer phones, direct calls and inquires, provide information regarding programs and services including registration for programs and scheduling intake interviews. This person will edit the mailing list and mail copies of the program's monthly publication as well as other information. Responsible for submission of affiliate data to corporate as scheduled. Related tasks and duties and assigned tasks. Data entry and word processing-verbal and written communication-general filing-scheduling appointments for staff-other duties as directed.

One year of office experience preferred. Competent keyboard skills. Minimum (45 wpm) Excellent verbal and written correspondence. Strong grammar and spelling. An ability to work individually and as part of a team. The ability to concentrate for long periods of time. Attention to detail

For over two decades AWOFINC has addressed the critical educational, financial, and social needs of the families in Illinois.
