We are seeking an architecture student intern.
Responsibilities
* Learning how to analyze building, planning, and zoning codes;
* Interpreting CAD (computer aided design & drafting) documents;
* Learning how to organize/manage construction document packages;
* Commenting on planning, building, etc.
* Understanding of various phases of architecture from conceptual to construction;
Skills
- Ability to exercise good judgment when interpreting instructions and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions;
- Utilize strong written skills and visual ideas.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of Architecture & construction;
* A high level of integrity, accuracy, dependability, enthusiasm, and an eagerness to learn & grow;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs;
- Must be a team player;
- Open to constructive criticism;
