The New Jersey Chapter, American Academy of Pediatrics is seeking enthusiastic and motivated volunteers to serve as an administrative assistant on an as needed basis. We are seeking volunteers who would like to be put on a list to be contacted, and come into the office if their schedule allows.
Possible responsibilities include:
Assist staff with program related activities
Data entry (Survey Monkey, Microsoft excel databases, etc.)
Preparing materials for trainings (packets, name badges, registration forms, collating/organizing materials, etc.)
Assist staff with preparation for NJAAP events
School Health Conference (October)
Vaccines for Children conference (November)
Sixth Annual Children’s Ball (April)
Annual Meeting (May)
Assist staff with general office duties
Collating materials
Creating NJAAP "Identity Packets"
Preparing mailings
Other related duties as required
All above duties will be delegated through the Volunteer Coordinator when the need arises (Lindsay Caporrino lcaporrino@njaap.org )
**We are seeking volunteers who would like to be put on a list to be contacted on an as needed basis for future needs. Dress for volunteers is business casual. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00 PM. Volunteer positions are also available in the summer.
