The WBA Special Event Assistant provides support to help World Baseball Academy host public events during the day or evenings, generally Monday-Friday. Help can include planning, preparation (mailings, deoration, food delivery), and execution (event set-up, greeting and registration, serving guests, distributing or collecting materils, event clean-up).
World Baseball Academy would like to attract a pool of volunteers to help with special events on an on-going, as-needed basis. Assistants would attend an orientation meeting to learn about WBA and a series of upcoming events for which help is needed.
