Help us celebrate Read Out Loud Week 2016! We are looking for community members to read at one of our four centers.
El Centrito's Preschool centers prepare children for kindergarten and focus on literacy skills by creating learning environments that support school readiness, focusing on English-language and academic and our STEAM Academy supports academic performance by targeting literacy through activities and science-based programming.

El Centrito Family Learning Centers is a nonprofit that promotes the educational success of Ventura County families by providing high quality, multicultural programs:
Early Childhood Education
Summer and After School Enrichment
Parent Leadership Services
The agency addresses participants’ educational needs in a bilingual community setting, and provides an environment that nurtures relationships and builds trust and confidence. El Centrito has constructed a pipeline of leadership and educational support services that carry children and families from infancy through a career-focused higher education.
