Did you grow up in Africa with folktales told by elders under the moonlight? Would you like to share such stories with the rest of the world? Join our African Folktales Team. Anike Foundation is seeking talented African storytellers to provide us with a steady stream of African folktales. If you are a creative African writer who is passionate about Africa and would like to contribute toward educating the rest of the world about Africa, we have a volunteer position for you.
Qualifications/Skills- Higher National Diploma or Equivalent
- Excellent writing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word
- Enthusiastic team player

This is a volunteer position. There will be no financial compensation. Our organization is 100% volunteer run. We welcome volunteers located anywhere in the world, as long as they can connect reliably to the Internet.

Description
Since 2007, Anike Foundation has dedicated its work to one clear purpose: making education accessible to improve the livelihoods of individuals in Africa. With over 200 partners in 20 countries across the continent, the Foundation has touched thousands of lives through its funding of essential programs. Over the past fifteen years, the foundation has worked directly with grassroots African NGOs and accredited learning institutions to distribute school supplies - such as workbooks, pencils and sports equipment - to primary schools in need.
