The Rebel Bar is a simple, whole grain granola bar that is a great snack or breakfast option. Many people have been involved in perfecting the recipe. It started as a class project at Pepper Middle School, where 7th and 8th grade students worked together to design a healthy food product to sell at the school store. Over the past four years high- school students and Penn students have refined the recipe, creating the Rebel Bar that is available for purchase today. Help us package rebels bars on Wednesdays from 3:30 - 6:30 PM at The Dorrance H. Hamilton Center for Culinary Enterprises.
