You have the power to volunteer and make a difference in the lives of middle school and high school Latina girls and help in your community. Volunteers are needed to assist the day of our 24th career and college conference at Pasadena City College. There are several volunteer needs, such as: general set-up/take-down, hall monitors, directing parking and traffic and workshop monitors.

A career and educational opportunities conference for Latina girls (12 to 21) and their mothers and/or mentors. This regional conference is designed with the Latino culture and family values in mind. Parents, relatives and mentors are encouraged to attend. The opening and closing ceremonies include inspiring, successful Latina speakers, and entertainment. .More than 90 diverse workshops are offered, led by professional Latinas on career and educational choices, including college preparation and self-development skills.

Exhibitors from universities, corporate and government employers and community organizations offer resources to participants. Special Spanish language workshops for parents are also available.
