The 8th Annual Sacramento Banana Festival at William Land Park is looking for volunteers to assist with the many areas at the Festival such as; setup and breakdown, kids stage activities, first aid booth (CPR experience), volunteer food service, decorating, banana character costumes, dancing, banana music land, banana art land, banana candy land, assistant stage manager, VIP Lounge assistants, Fashion Show Assistant, Chef Challenge Assistants, and 13 activities to choose from in the banana art land.
For volunteering a few hours of your time you will receive free admission to the Banana Festival, a free meal, and community service credit if needed. As a volunteer you will only work a portion of the event so you may enjoy the festivities as well.
The volunteer orientation gives the responsibilities and opportunities that volunteering for the Banana Festival has to offer.
