Non-paid internship or volunteer position up to 20 hours per week. Responsibilities include designing web based interfaces for several different education programs and campaigns for a Charlotte based non-profit; USA Web School. Proficiency in layout design, typography, accessibility, and web based compositions helpful. Work will be on multiple devices, and cross platform, including an array of smart phones and tablets. This is an excellent learning opportunity and directly supports a local educational charity.

Description
In conjunction with President Obama's "Educate to Innovate" program, USA Web School wants to introduce several innovative programs within school systems, online and through one-on-one tutoring to increase the abilities of students, teachers and other community members in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) subjects.
