Skyland Workforce Center is looking for volunteers to help our participants create and update their resumes.

Resume Assistants work side-by-side with job seekers to create, edit, and format resumes so that they highlight their relevant skills and experience. The goal is to teach job seekers how to edit their resumes in Microsoft Word, so that they feel confident updating their resume on their own.

This opportunity is perfect for anyone interested in workforce development, working with adults, and computer literacy. Ideal volunteers are professionals who work from home or have daytime availability, retirees, and college students.
