The Trash event starts with registration @ 8:30, in the Flower Mound High School parking lot. We hand out supplies to volunteers and send them to various areas in Flower Mound (parks, trails, creeks, roadways) to clean up trash/recycles. Volunteers then bring back their findings and we provide lunch, the environmental , give aways, (t-shirts to first 300 to register), door prizes, prize for most trash collected, prize for most recycles collected.
We also need help with set up at 7:30 am and take down at 1:00 pm

Keep Flower Mound Beautiful is an affiliate of Keep Texas Beautiful. KFMB's purpose is to provide education to residents regarding environmental issues as well as provide opportunities to volunteers to assist with keeping the town beautiful through trash/recycling events and beautification projects.
