Help plant trees.
Prepare holes that are 1' deep by 3 feet wide. Save dirt on a tarp. Place light-weight bare root trees in the starter hole and see where extra channels need to be dug for longer roots.
Experienced supervision will be provided. Recommend work in teams of 2 -3 people. Shovels, other tools and gloves will be provided, or bring your favorite ones. Dress for the weather and to get dirty.
Careful attention to where you put tools down. Care to make sure tree is standing straight up.
Add dirt atop and push under the roots with fingers, add mulch, add water.
Locations include municipal property and parks. 15 trees will add to Ambler's green canopy for many decades.
