Answer phones and provide information about Independent Transportation Network Lehigh Valley (ITNLehighValley) ride service to potential riders. Take ride reservations and contact drivers with ride changes. All tasks can be done from your own home. Must have a computer and excellent customer service skills. Traning will be provided.

The mission of Independent Transportation Network Lehigh Valley is to provide dignified, community-based transportation services for seniors (persons 60 years of age and older) and visually impaired adults.
Description
ITNLehighValley provides door through door, arm through arm transportation in private automobiles to seniors 60+ and visually impaired adults 18+ in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding suburbs. Trained and vetted volunteer & paid drivers deliver rides with no limit on ride purpose.
Service Features:

- Riders may travel alone or with others, with discounts for shared rides.
