Being the face of our organization as clients enter our center is such an important role! Warm welcomes can warm hearts. After some training, our receptionist answers the phone, manages our client schedule, answers basic questions and refers calls to the appropriate staff. He or she will also complete routine office tasks as needed. Multi-tasking, and being comfortable around children are important skills to have. Potential volunteers will be asked to tour our facility, and complete an application and interview process that includes signing a statment of faith. Those interested in further training to become a client advocate/counselor are also encouraged to apply.
