COMPASSIONATE CARE HOSPICE VOLUNTEER

People helping People. That's what giving to hospice care is all about. If you have a passion for caring for others, and if you're looking for a way to make a difference in people's lives, consider becoming a hospice volunteer.
VOLUNTEERS give from the heart in many ways, these can include:
- Companionship-conversation, reading, writing, playing or listening to music
- Caregiver Relief-providing respite for family and caregivers, running errands
- Pet Therapy-certified pets are provided for comfort to patients and families
- Office Support-copying, filing, phones, and other office activities
- Bereavement Support-assist with support groups and mailings
- Licensed Professional Support--massage therapists, beauticians, and others

Description
Compassionate Care Hospice provides specialized care and support for patients and their families. The hospice team includes nurses, physicians, social workers, chaplains, counselors, home health aide4s, and trained volunteers.
