Sixth Day Dance is a modern dance company that uses professional dance works for the purpose of impacting people of all cultures in a positive and uplifting way. We’re a 100% volunteer-run organization
Description
In support of our mission we: reach out to at risk youth, underprivileged, and people with disabilities to mentor, teach movement skills, and providesd creative arts outlet for people with disabilities to communicate, through the powerful imagery of dance.
Teach: Sixth Day values the art of giving back. We provide free dance classes to the community designed to inspire youth to be engaged in their own creative & physical development. WE also offer yearly workshops to people with physical and/or mental disabilities.
Perform: Sixth Day prepares one annunal show a year and can also be seen at various local events throughout the year.
