If you would like to service your community by ensuring the most supportive care for our hospice patients, then Grace is the place for you! We are seeking volunteers to help with administrative tasks in our office setting. Tasks include, filing, organization, making bereavement calls, constructing admission packets, and other misc. tasks that support excellence in patient care.
If you are organized and eager to make a difference in the lives of patients and families experiencing hospice, then Grace is ready to welcome you with open arms.

Description
Harmony Cares Hospice formerly Grace Hospice is seeking compassionate individuals who are willing to provide emotional support and companionship to our patients and their families experiencing Hospice. Volunteers are a vital part of the interdisciplinary team and truly are the heart of our organization. In addition to placing friendly visits, volunteers can also assist with bereavement support, caregiver relief (respite), running of errands, special event planning, veteran to veteran outreach, pet, reiki, music and massage therapies, office support - and more!
