A sweet woman in the First Hill/Capitol Hill area just needs a few hours per month of help. She has issues with mobility making it difficult to do some of her housecleaning. You will find her talkative and friendly! Please consider taking just a few hours of your time to help a neighbor in need!
Volunteer Services, a program of Catholic Community Services, assists low-income elders and persons living with disabilities. Volunteers can provide assistance with light housecleaning, transportation, grocery shopping, home repair and yard care. With a little help from volunteers, clients can continue to live independently in their homes.
Due to the vulnerable population we serve, volunteers must complete an application form, pass a Washington State Patrol check and attend an orientation

"See how they love one another." Our mission is to help elders and adults with disabilities remain independent in their own home by providing chore assistance and transportation from volunteers at no cost to the individual.
Volunteer Services is a program of Catholic Community Services. We are a Washington state-wide program, started as a safety net for older adutls and adults with disabilities who do not qualify for state-paid chore assistance and cannot afford to hire assistance.
We'll work with your schedule.
