College student working toward a degree in Health Care, Human Resources, or Business Management. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Computer skills and Microsoft Office skills are required. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must!
- Must possess a positive attitude
- Assist Director of Volunteer Services and Human Resources
- Lead and manage Celebrations Team and employee engagement activities
- Assist in Volunteer Office as needed
- Assist in Gift Shop as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. occasionally. Stooping and use of step stool/ladder required
- Good manual finger dexterity

Description
For nearly 90 years, the West Alabama community has looked to the DCH Health System to provide the latest health services. The Health System strives to meet those expectations by continually improving existing services and replacing aging equipment at its hospitals: DCH Regional Medical Center in Tuscaloosa, Northport Medical Center and Fayette Medical Center.
