ORGANIZATION: WILL COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY

The Will County Historical Society exists so that people and organizations may be connected to the rich history of Will County, Illinois

The museum and research center need help with a few different roles:

Indexer - Volunteer need to be able to read cursive, use Xcel program (or willing to learn), Graphic artist - Volunteer would be working on signage, newsletter, brochures, flyers, etc. Research - must be familiar with computers, including word, excel, etc. Digitizing - involves scanning photos, newspapers, etc. and entering the data in an xcel file Tour guide - conduct tours in the museum Note, all volunteers may at one time be called upon to answer the phone, give a tour, sell items in the gift shop

Minimum Commitment: Once a month+
