JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for Administrative duties within the team including email inbox administration, voicemail administration, ordering supplies, etc. Accurate and timely follow up with new members, membership inquiries and responding to potential members. Handles several mailings each month in connection with the welcoming of new members process.
TASK DESCRIPTION
Provide excellent service to NAAHP Members
Works closely with members Services Manager to ensure members are educated about benefits and Perks.
Provides support Services with mailing of new member packages / Welcome letters.
Follow up with members regarding declined payments during sign up process Respond to phone calls from members and potential members
Process supplies orders for the team.
Clerical responsibilities related to membership support the team to include filing, faxing, stuffing envelopes, etc.
Forwards requests for local chapters’ membership to the Director of Member Services.
Assists department manager with projects as needed.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Have some College education with strong computer literacy
Have strong customer service skills
Have strong writing skills
Must be detail oriented
SUPERVISION
Under general supervision of Member Manager, proceeds alone on regular duties, referring questionable cases to supervisor.

NAAHP is focused on connecting a global community of peers with career advancement resources as well as fostering transformative relationships between NAAHP members and committed stakeholders to strengthen Haiti through philanthropy and social entrepreneurship.
