Pre-Event setup volunteers will:
- Assist in setting up several 10' x 10' event tents
- Aid facility staff in setting up folding tables and chairs
- Covering picnic tables with plastic tablecloths, using staple gun & scissors
- Distribute programs and event materials to their assigned destinations

Our mission is to preserve and share the heritage of Manatee County's founding period (1840-1918).
Description
Manatee Village Historical Park preserves and shares the heritage of Manatee County through our museum exhibits and collection of historical and replica buildings set on nearly four acres under the shade of several two hundred-year-old oak trees. Visitors of all ages and backgrounds are immersed in the history of local pioneers and can learn about the challenges and triumphs of their daily lives. Manatee Village Historical Park also promotes historical education through outreach programs, onsite children's activities, lectures on topics of historical significance, special events, and more!
