STW(tm) is a U.S.-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to conduct water research to identify and remove harmful contaminants in water; and to raise public awareness about water contamination and its health impacts. STW also offers educational programs to excite young minds about water science.
Our volunteers are diverse professionals from all over the world bringing their knowledge and experience to STW because we care deeply about our communities and water resources. We learn and collaborate in an open and empowering work environment to find long term solutions to water contamination problem. Our vision is "Contamination free, healthy water for all".

Save the Water(tm) is seeking a Marketing Associate in the area of online Marketing, Google Analytics . You will run the analytics side of our marketing effort. Using data to discover new messaging, run and iterate online advertising campaigns and help tell our story. We are seeking for someone who has an ability to go the extra mile, takes the initiative, and works with little supervision. By providing accurate website traffic insights to support online advertising and search engine ranking, you will give great support to the online Marketing team.
Associates are expected to put in a minimum of 5 hours per week and be responsive to emails within three (3) calendar days.
Report to Project Leader for the given project team
Attend monthly marketing meeting.
Complete the PWR at least on weekly minimum basis
Assist in developing online marketing tactics to drive organizational brand goals.
Collaborate with online Marketing team members in achieving marketing goals.
Knowledge of GA Dashboard and Custom Report creation.
Recommend optimizations of landing pages.
Research and recommend website optimization priorities.
Identify and recommend remediation for website tracking performance issues.
Manage geographic, interest, vertical market as well as age and gender segmentation.
Identifying key insights and generating regular reports.
Attend monthly Marketing group meeting and weekly online Marketing team meeting.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
Requires self-direction and strong analytical reasoning.
Must demonstrate effective oral communication skills and the ability to work cooperatively with staff inside and outside of the department.
1+ year of website traffic analysis with experience using multi-channel visitor goals and attribution.
Be able to setup and support analytics, conversion tracking and call tracking
Familiar with A/B split testing/tools and conversion optimization.
Familiar with lead capture process (lead capture form, email marketing and autoresponder process).
Strong bias for action, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, and exceptional attention to detail.
