Our food bank distributes food to clients on Tuesdays and Saturdays. We are in need of volunteers to help organize and stock the shelves on distribution days and ensure that all clients can get what they need.

Our distribution process is unique in that we allow our clients to shop for the food they will take home, allowing for empowerment through choice and a reduction of waste.

Volunteer tasks include stocking shelves, organizing stock, replenishing stock, answering client questions about stock, and helping with any immediate clients needs. This job is fairly easy, with minimal lifting - we just need more volunteers to help us distribute the massive amount of food to our community.

If you love helping and have Tuesday and/or Saturday mornings and afternoons open, we'd love to hear from you! Volunteers are welcome any time from 9-5 on either day.
