ORGANIZATION: American Red Cross - National Capital & Greater Chesapeake Region

PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Using carefully assessed curriculm tools, this one hour program provides emergency-preparedness education to youth in grades 3-5 in school and after school settings.

OPEN TIME DAYS

  • After initial training, you would be responsible for approximately 58 hours per week. Schedule varies based on presentation needs. Presentations are mostly during daytime, but may occasionally be in evenings.

REQUIRED TRAINING
  • Red Cross Orientation
  • Pillowcase Presenter training
  • Database tracking training
