Collect Names and contact information of volunteers interested.
Schedule a date and time to go and distribute kits
Send an email to volunteers with Diva duty information
Make copies of liability forms and photo release forms
Collect diva bags and count how many are being distributed
Meet with volunteers and go over detail information on Diva Duty with them.
Confirm date and time and meet location with local precinct. ( set up by the Director)
Send out confirmation to volunteers 1 day prior to diva duty.
Meet with volunteers on day of diva duty
Collect signed forms from volunteers
Give volunteers their Diva Duty bags containing diva survival kits.
Act as a point of contact for volunteers and police while out.
Take picturesWhen Diva Duty is complete thank volunteers for attending.

Our mission is to restore hope and dignity to women experiencing homelessness by reminding them they matter and reconnecting them with their "Inner Diva," as well as to support and encourage women who are in transition from being homeless as they walk the path toward a self-sustaining life.
