Did you know 1 in 5 low-income individuals in Los Angeles don't file a return and miss out on $375 million in tax credits? Families need your help.
The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program helps low-income individuals file their return, claim their refunds, and connect them to great services at no cost.
With more volunteers, more families can access free assistance and claim every dollar they deserve.
Little Tokyo Service Center (LTSC) is hosting the VITA program at our downtown LA office starting February 11. No previous experience required!!
In order to assist with the Intake/Interview (Thursdays from 9AM-5PM starting 2/11/16) portion of our program, two quick assessments need to be completed:
