ORGANIZATION: City Gospel Mission

  • 3 people are interested

If you have a heart for the work of City Gospel Mission, and have some good administrative skills, this is a good opportunity to help out and meet some great people! Our VP of Development is looking for the assistance of a talented administrative volunteer who can help out from 5 to 10 hours a week: phone calls, emails, scheduling, research etc. Experience is preferred, professionalism is important.

The time is flexible, but would need to take place during our office hours (which are Monday - Friday 8 am to 5 pm). Hang out in our beautiful new administrative offices with our awesome staff! Our offices are located in Queensgate, near the main post office on Dalton Ave.

Please respond to this email if you're interested, giving an idea of your administrative capabilities and how many hours you'd be willing to work each week, along with any specific times (if there are any). An in-person interview would take place before starting in this position, to help ensure it is a good fit for both parties.

If you would like to find out more information, you can contact Paul Spence, VP of Development at pspence@citygospelmission.org or 513-345-1048.
