Nearly 8000 students are going to primary school in rural Africa because of the Unstoppable Foundation! Nearly 30,000 community members are receiving clean water, health care, and job training!

Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering to help with the Unstoppable Foundation’s 8th Annual Gala. This is our largest fundraising event of the year and your support will help us change the trajectory of thousands of children and their families’ lives forever.

Our mission is to ensure EVERY child has access to the life-long gift of an education.

The Unstoppable Foundation is a non-profit humanitarian organization bringing sustainable education to children and communities in developing countries thereby creating a safer and more just world for everyone. Our Program is a proven 5-Pillar development model that not only builds schools (1) but provides the entire community with access to (2) clean water & sanitation, (3) food & nutrition, (4) healthcare and (5) alternative income. Our event volunteer team is a reflection and extension of the Unstoppable Foundation, so we seek out the most personable, bright, and "customer service" oriented individuals. This exciting night would not be possible without the countless hours of volunteer time, energy, and talents. Thank you in advance for adding value to our evening and our guest experience.

Scope of Volunteer Roles:

Our volunteers are pivotal in the guest experience and event flow. Greeting and guiding guests to proper check-in lines and ballroom seating, assisting with guest donation forms, and serving as spotters for the auction are just some of the volunteers’ responsibilities that evening.

There will be a mandatory training call for all volunteers the evening before the event and additional training as needed a few hours before the Gala.

Time Commitment:

We need our volunteer army to arrive at 2:45 pm. Kapture Vision, the event production agency, will conduct a full walkthrough, event overview, training, and provide a volunteer meal prior to guests arriving at 5:00 pm. Your role is extremely important so we need you to commit to the 2:45 pm arrival time to be properly trained and feel confident in your role.

All volunteers are asked to stay until 11:30 pm.

We will be distributing black & gold volunteer shirts for volunteers to wear with:

• black dress pant
• black or brown dress shoes

• black skirt or dress pants
• black heels/wedges/flats
• accessorize to fancy it up! (big necklaces, belt, etc...)
• throw a bold lip on for fun!

PLEASE NO DO NOT PLAN TO COVER YOUR T-SHIRT WITH A JACKET OR SWEATER. WE WANT TO MAKE IT EASY TO IDENTIFY VOLUNTEERS BY THEIR T-SHIRT.
