Need volunteers that have spare time to give. If you are retired and bored please consider helping us! We have patients all around the Rome area that would LOVE to have you visit them. Some live in nursing homes and assisted livings while others live at home. We provide training, you promise to volunteer 2-3 hours per week...its that simple but helps so many.

Homestead Hospice care is specialized in providing support to patients and their loved ones during the final phase of a terminal illness. Hospice care focuses on comfort and quality of life, rather than a cure. The purpose of hospice care is neither to end nor prolong life, but rather to relieve the pain and discomfort of symptoms and give support to patients and their families during "Lifes most important journey"
