Spanish-speaking volunteers are needed to assist in our Hunger Resource Center's Food Warehouse. Volunteers may be asked to assist guests as they shop for food, gather information to ensure the family is able to get service or other duties as needed. There is also some organizing and cleaning needed to ensure we are able to serve the nearly 600 families who relay on us for food each month.
If you have a warm and outgoing personality with attention to detail, this role is for you! Current needs are Monday,1pm-3pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9am -11:30am & 1pm- 3:30pm, Wednesday 4pm - 7pm. Must be at least 18, able to lift up to 25lbs with some experience in data entry and customer service, bilingual in Spanish, and able to commit at least one shift every other week. Good customer service skills are important. Training is provided.
