Woodland Action Center serves as a foodbank to low income individuals and families in Woodland and the surrounding areas. A lot of our food comes from donations from nearby stores and organizations. In order to obtain and disperse this food to those in need, we need to pick up loads from our community partners every week. We are in need of a driver to drive our box truck and van to different locations and load/unload the goods we receive. Currently we only have a few loyal volunteers who do these pick ups every day, and they deserve a break!

We require a current driver's license, a clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be 25 years of age or older and able to pass a background check. Driver will deliver and pick up food in large box truck or van from vendors. Drivers are responsible for reporting all damage, accidents, and problems to the Warehouse Floor Manager, as they occur. Driver must maintain a high level of customer service with partner agencies and ensure all safety and sanitation rules are followed. Washington food safety card preferred. Training provided.

Scheduled pick ups are:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 9am and 11am

Tuesday - 8:45am and 10am

Thursday - 8am

Saturday & Sunday - 9am

Availability is flexible, even one day out of the week is helpful! Arrival at Woodland Action Center in the morning with enough time to be on time for deliveries is necessary.
