Changing Destinations: Journey To Excellence, Inc. (CDJTE) in partnership with Cadre Consulting & Training is recruiting and training professionals who possess high altruistic values and the ability to effectively engage youth between ages 13- 21. Youth Leadership and Development Facilitators will be trained to conduct seminars and workshops in a variety of settings.

We are seeking professionals who are committed to making a difference in the lives of youth and becoming a part of our Youth Leadership & Development Facilitator Team. The team of facilitators will be trained to work with youth from high needs areas in Baltimore City, Howard and Anne Arundel Counties. We have partnered with several organizations to help empower our youth including John Maxwell Team Members, National Association of Professional Women and Johns Hopkins Office of Multicultural Affairs.

Our Goals are:

1. To train facilitators to implement youth seminars, workshops and enrichment activities.
2. To provide attitude, behavior, career, and leadership activities and applicable assessments.
3. To provide coaching and mentoring as needed or based on assessment results.
