IDCC program coordinator is responsible for coordinating the receipt and disposition of donated vehicles and other items to be auctioned on behalf of IDCC.
Duties include:
Document each donation and sale to meet Texas State requirements (Obtain necessary ownership transfer documents.)
Notify and communicate with towing company to arrange for the pick-up of donated vehicles.
Ensure required donation forms are complete and submitted in a timely manner.
Market program to potential donors or referral sources through community outreach and free advertising opportunities.
Track sale of vehicles and make sure monies due to IDCC are received.
