We’re looking for a fantastic brand graphic designer to bring a fresh perspective to the GreatNonprofits brand with a focus on visual storytelling. You’ll be the voice of GreatNonprofits, designing fresh, memorable brand identity that brings our mission, values and aesthetic to life across all our brand and marketing.
You should possess a deep understanding of branding, typography and strong conceptual thinking abilities.
Develop our brand identity, logo, and brand style guide
Creating a website style guide - typography, photography, color, tone of voice, UI elements, and other visual assets for the website.
Providing guidance and samples templates of the use of your design concepts in email, social media graphics, print postcards
Bachelor's degree (BA/BFA) from a four-year accredited college or university in Fine Arts, Graphic Design/Visual Communications
5+ years experience with a design studio, advertising agency or in-house design group
Experience in UI/UX design for web applications or websites
A portfolio with strong visual story-telling examples
Excellent eye for design, typography, well-organized, dedicated, flexible and passionate
Experience executing creative solutions that meet nonprofit’s mission and vision
Self motivated, organized, accountable and strong interpersonal skills
A strong understanding of brand and design systems, composition, and color, with a keen eye for typography and photography, and meticulous attention to detail
Highly competent with Adobe Creative Suite
