About

It is important to continue the care of those who have lost a loved one on hospice care. After the patient passes away, Alacare continues support to extend a hand of comfort. Bereavement volunteers can make phone calls to check up on those who have lost a loved one on Hospice care, attend funerals, make condolence greeting cards, send out letters, attend and help with grief support meetings.
