This corporate volunteer opportunity includes learning more about our mission and the people we serve while putting together much needed hygiene kits. These kits fill a critical need for our participants in transition during their job search. They include basic necessities such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, deodorant, soap, razors, lotion and shampoo. Marketing material and donation bins are available if the group would like to gather items prior to their volunteer event. With a budget of $500-$1000, the group could purchase enough materials to make 50-100 culturally appropriate hygiene kits for program participants. If the group decides to go with this option, I can provide the full budget and item descriptions.
