ORGANIZATION: CollegeBound Foundation

  • 64 people are interested

We are currently looking for volunteers who are interested in being a scholarship reader. The CollegeBound Foundation receives hundreds of applications for our competitive scholarships from Baltimore City public high school seniors who are applying to college. We are looking for a diverse group of individuals to be scholarship readers to help us identify students with strong academic, service and leadership qualities.

Volunteers will evaluate approximately 25 applications each. Your total time commitment will be 5-10 hours during the course of the reading period (March-April, 2025). All scholarship applications are available online and can be read at home or anywhere with internet access.

We ask that volunteers attend one scholarship orientation training session. Sessions will be held virtually via Zoom.
