During our busy school season the Ohio History Connection hosts over 500 school children a day. During this time we're looking for happy, welcoming volunteers to facilitate a well-organized visit to the museum. Tasks include organizing lunches, managing traffic flow in our popular Lustron House, and helping with way-finding and questions.
Requirements: This position requires great people skills, the ability to work with lots of enthusiastic kids. Ages 18+
Time Commitment: availability W-F in April and May for at least 1/2 day shifts. A great position for college students looking for education and museum experience.
Training: Training to be provided in Early April each year.

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization chartered in 1885, the Ohio History Connection and the State of Ohio have maintained a longtime public-private relationship whereby the Ohio History Connection carries out dozens of history services for Ohio, its citizens.
