EarthFair in San Diego's Balboa Park is the world's largest annual free environmental fair and Earth Day celebration. EarthFair 2017, on Sunday, April 23, will be the 28th anniversary event.
Significantly, EarthFair is produced by volunteers -- just like you.
Volunteer at www.EarthDayWeb.org and help put on a celebration that makes a difference and transforms the lives of 50,000 of our closest friends.
Each year, more than 50,000 attendees visit 300+ exhibitors to find out how they can live more sustainable lives and support a healthy, prosperous environment. EarthFair also features special theme areas, a Food Pavilion, a special Children's Activity Area, four entertainment stages, the Earth Day Parade, the eARTh Gallery art show, and the Cleaner Car Concourse.
San Diego EarthWorks invites you to volunteer for this year's Fair. There are 23 different jobs you can sign up for, from sedentary to active, and solitary to social. Take on one 3-hour shift, or stay the whole day. No experience is necessary - you will be trained so that your are ready-to-go. Public service letters are available.
