Wellness House yoga volunteers are responsible for facilitating beginning mat or chair yoga classes for people affected by cancer. Additionally, yoga volunteers ensure that class attendance is accurate and required paperwork is complete prior to participation in yoga classes.
We require a minimum commitment of one class per month. Here are the times we are looking for coverage:
Tuesdays 11:30am
Wednesdays 5:30pm
Thursdays 9:30am
Thursdays 6:30pm
Fridays 10:30am
"With support groups, exercise and nutrition classes, social events, and much, much more, Wellness House is designed to give back the strength, community, and control that cancer can take away. Since you can’t put a price on these things, we don’t either-there’s absolutely no charge for all of the programs and services that we offer."
