Patient support. This can include visiting, reading, writing letters, bringing in music, pet visits (must be certified therapy animals), massage therapy, music therapy and family support. Volunteers can assist with shopping, household duties, or allow family or caregivers to take care of necessary errands and get some time away from the house.
Administrative support, volunteers with clerical skills can help us in the office with administrative duties.

Description
Hospice volunteers help patients with end of life care. Five percent of total patient care hours are mandated to be volunteer hours per Medicare requirements. However you can help, we have a volunteer opportunity for you. Participants may range in age from teens to senior citizens. We strive to constructively utilize your time and talents. You may have professional skills, specialized expertise, or may just want to help serve the community.
