Brides jump for joy when they see the resources we provide t

Do you love all things bridal? Would you enjoy helping a bride say "YES!" to her dress?

If you are someone who loves gmail with all its capabilities and can handle a growing volume of inquiries for a nonprofit, we invite you to join our volunteer team and help make a difference. We help low and middle income brides in the Washington Metropolitan Area create their dream wedding by providing discount gowns for $195, a seamstress who only charges our brides $165 no matter what is needed, DIY workshops, a magazine geared towards practical advice for brides on a tight budget, low budget formula books, and vendors who will take budgets of $10,000 or less seriously.

What do we need from you as a Volunteer?

Ability to create labels, filters, templates, and to manage a gmail account in support of our mission of helping brides say "Yes" to the dress and "Yes" to an affordable wedding.

All we need from you is a willingness to work with the charity President to evaluate our current volume and type of inquiries and to plan for serious growth.

This is a short list of the assumed duties of our Email Guru:

  • Evaluate with President current needs
  • Create a simple, yet clear template, label, and filter system
  • Author templates, edit templates
  • Plan for a growing type and volume of inquiries
  • Manage inbox
  • Text or Call President to discuss time-sensitive or Executive decision type emails.

Personality-wise, we're just looking for someone who's savvy at gmail and willing to set up a system that allows for a quick response (24 hours max) to all inquiries. Willing to train gmail savvy volunteers at which point the volume of inquiries becomes more than the Guru wants to manage alone.

If you have questions or need additional information, check out our website at: www.stanthonysbridal.com

Without the dedication of volunteers, St. Anthony’s Bridal would be unable to accomplish our mission. Make this a fun and rewarding charity volunteer position.
