Empower low-income youth: Chemistry tutor needed for AP student

Adult Chemistry tutor needed to work with high low-income school students at Neighborhood Youth Association, a non-profit after-school program.

Tutors will work with a small group (1-4 students), once a week for one hour throughout the school year. Program takes place Monday-Thursday from 4-7 pm.

Preferably need a tutor who is familiar with AP level Chemistry for high school students in advanced Chem class who is struggling.

Description

NYA offers services that are long term and concentrated, adapted to meet the individual needs of each child and are measured against tangible goals. We have locations in Venice, Mar Vista (West LA), Downtown LA, Mid-City, and South LA/Harbor Gateway.
