Studies have found that helping others has tangible benefits, both mental and physical, from lowering your blood pressure to reducing feelings of depression. Helping others is a natural high our brains are wired for! Join other volunteers in assisting guests as they shop at the CAIN Choice Pantry, offering healthy, high-quality and safe food options for food insecure families in the Northside area. Volunteers offer guests friendship and support to help build community. Pantry hours are Monday 6-8pm, Tuesday 10am-1pm, Thursday 10am-1pm. Help is especially needed on Mondays.

CAIN is a 501(c)3 award-winning non-profit organization that exemplifies churches working together across denominational lines and in conjunction with other organizations, groups, schools, and businesses.

CAIN is committed to hospitality and serving our guests with respect and dignity to remove barriers of stigma and shame for seeking assistance.

CAIN assists 45223 ZIP code households who are low-income and under-resourced. with food and other necessities, meals, and shelter offered as tangible expressions of God’s love.

Rainbow Choice Food Pantry offers both day and evening hours to increase access to healthy, high-quality, and safe food for food-insecure families in Northside.

Phil’s Place is a free community weekly dinner that provides food, fosters a sense of belonging and builds community.

Grace Place offers temporary transitional housing (up to one year) without cost to women - with or without children - who are in transition from homelessness. In a home-like setting, resident guests are given time and healthy, loving support to address the problems that underlie their homelessness.
