Studies have found that helping others has tangible benefits, both mental and physical, from lowering your blood pressure to reducing feelings of depression. Helping others is a natural high our brains are wired for! Join other volunteers in assisting guests as they shop at the CAIN Choice Pantry, offering healthy, high-quality and safe food options for food insecure families. All safety precautions are followed.

CAIN is a 501(c)3 award-winning non-profit organization that exemplifies churches working together across denominational lines and in conjunction with other organizations, groups, schools, and businesses.
CAIN is committed to hospitality and serving our guests with respect and dignity to remove barriers of stigma and shame for seeking assistance.
CAIN assists households who are low-income and under-resourced. with food and other necessities, meals, and shelter offered as tangible expressions of God’s love.
Rainbow Choice Food Pantry offers both day and evening hours to increase access to healthy, high-quality, and safe food for food-insecure families.
Phil’s Place is a free community weekly dinner that provides food, fosters a sense of belonging and builds community.
