We are looking for a few good leaders in the California area to help build up supportive communities and support our troops.
Founded in 2015, Stack-Up brings both veterans and civilian supporters together through a shared love of video gaming. With the motto: "Veterans are our Mission. Gaming is our Passion", Stack-Up serves US, NATO and ANZAC veterans through three primary programs: The Stacks, Stack-Up Supply Crates, and Air Assaults.
This opportunity is a chance to join us as in supporting our troops at home and abroad by building a local community (known as a Stack) as a Stack Leader. Stacks are the living extension of the passion behind Stack-Up.org - the people of our community. The Stacks are organized for civilians and veterans to come together, volunteer to help out those in need, and have fun in the process. Gaming as the catalyst and our passion, but are not a confining criteria.
Each Stack holds a wealth of experiences in many aspects of life, but everyone is willing to extend a hand to help someone up, put an arm around them to let them know we’re here, and then point them in the right direction to move forward. We get together online for Stack Game Nights, and have in-person meet ups for coffee, pizza, bowling, board games, movie nights. We take part in special events like conventions, expositions, game releases, sport and e-sports events.
