PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To contact emergency contacts for newly enlisted Service Personnel to obtain information on service member and to answer questions they may have about ARC SAF services and enter data into Self Serve/Agent Lite Red Cross Hero Network Database after phone volunteers have completed calls.
OPEN TIME DAYS
8 to 10 hours weekly--remotely or in the office
For Phone Callls:
Volunteers will need to meet with SAF manager to learn about ARC SAF services available to the military community and do practice calls before making actual calls.
For Data Entry:
Completion of two online course in EMBARQ-Introduction to Service to Armed Forces Case Management and Case Management Self Serve-and face to face training with SAF Manager;
