PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The First Aid Service Team (FAST) is a volunteer, youth-led workforce-readiness program sponsored by the Oregon Pacific Chapter of the American Red Cross. FAST volunteers are trained first aid responders who provide first aid and first response care.
