PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience. Engage with blood donors to make the donation experience fulfilling and set the stage for a long-term commitment to regular blood donations. Understand the American Red Cross core mission, vision and values and represents these values through the delivery of excellent customer service.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Variable; Blood drives are 5 hours long
REQUIRED TRAINING- Orientation to the American Red Cross
